Sweetish Hill sourdoughs, ciabattas, and focaccia are based on centuries of European techniques that are beginning to be appreciated by Americans. They have increased flavor and moistness which lasts days due to a slower fermentation process. All Sweetish Hill breads are free of preservatives.

Artisan Breads (available daily)
Sweetish Hill Bakers make these breads every day. Available while supplies last. Customers may also order any quantity by 2:00p.m. for the next day, 7 days a week.

Sweetish Hill White Sandwich Loaf
Light and fluffy, the kids will love it! Ian's favorite.

Sweetish Hill Wheat Sandwich Loaf
A combination of the lightness of our white loaf, and the nutty flavor and color of wheat. Ben's favorite.

Baguette
The crusty French classic

Ciabatta
Italian for 'slipper,' this light bread has a thin crust, and a porous interior. Great for crostini, and sandwiches with juicy fillings!

Bialys
Available in plain, sesame, onion & poppy seed, cinnamon raisin, garlic, and serrano. Similar to bagels, but lighter.

Rolls
Available in wheat, bolillos, and ciabatta
